Response 1 English language

In my opinion, knowing English  is an essential factor during the era of globalization, modernization, and technology. Language by its nature is something that links us all together and can hold great power and influence among people all over the world. For instance, in our daily lives, we meet with people of different nationalities who speak English as a second language. Accordingly, we are exposed to interact and communicate with other people in English. Therefore, English language has become an inevitable part of our lives. Although learning English is a must, it is really interesting and exciting to learn about English.
Actually, I am obsessed with learning English. In other words, I’m interested in learning, teaching, reading, and writing in English. My dream job is to teach English to university students. I have been learning English for more than 10 years. When I was 9, I used to derive a lot of pleasure in reading and singing in English. In the elementary school, I participated in many extracurricular activities in English, such as singing in English, and playing English card games. Actually, I have a penchant for learning English. I really enjoy learning English, for it has always been my favorite subject since I was 9 years old. Therefore, I studied English a lot. When I was 14, I read many English stories, novels, and magazines in order to memorize as much English vocabulary as I can.
In 2010, I graduated from King Abdul-Aziz University, Jeddah. I got my bachelor’s in English Language & Literature. After that, I decided to go to the United States to purse my undergraduate studies in Linguistics.
Currently, I’m a scholarship student in the United States. I look forward to get the admission from California State University, Fullerton. Although, my credentials qualify me to pursue my graduate studies in my home country, Saudi Arabia, I honestly prefer to get my Master’s from the United States because it has an outstanding higher education system, especially in Linguistics.

Response# 3 Job Dream

It is really an interesting topic to talk about. Actually, when I was a child, I was dreaming of being a doctor. My father encouraged me to be a doctor; he hoped to see me a successful doctor in the future. Later, when I was 15, I changed my mind. I was dreaming of being an actress because I admired a lot of actors and actresses on the TV, so I wanted to imitate them and act in TV performances. Of course, it was ridiculous and impossible, but I was a teenager. I didn't know what is wrong or right.
When I was 17, I was studying in the university. I was dreaming of being a teacher, especially in teaching English. I liked English very much, for it was my favorite subject since I was a child. Therefore, I decided to study English. Since my major is English, I can be professional in English teaching in the future.
After I graduated from university, I fulfilled my dream to be a teacher. Before I came to the United Sates, I had been teaching English to an elementary school students for 1 year. I really enjoyed teaching English. It is amazing, exciting, and fabulous.
Now, when I came to the U.S, my dream grew more and more. I'm thinking of completing my studying in English and getting a Master's degree in English linguistics in order to be a professor in the future. I hope to get a job as a professor in a university one day. Finally, I will do as much as I can to fulfill my job dream in the future.
         Regards....

Response 2

Hi everyone!!
I agree with the author. Actually, travelling is one of my favorite hobbies. In my opinion, travelling opens the door to relaxation, luxury, disconnection from the stress and pressure of our lives. So, whenever I need to relax and release myself from stress, I used to travelling to another city. This helps me to feel relaxed and satisfied. It helps me to forget all pains, suffering, and obstacles of my life as well.
Besides, I think that travelling has farther benefits. To clarify, travelling increases our knowledge and experience about other cultures. For example, it enhances our communication skills with foreign communities, and we can acquire many foreign languages. Also, travelling enriches our knowledge about the traditions and customs of other communities. In addition, travelling can offer educational benefits. For example, I came to the United States to know more about the American community. Also, I want to improve my English in order to qualify myself to be approved to study in American universities.
Moreover, travelling with families and friends is more enjoyable than travelling alone. With families and friends, we can create and share unforgettable memories for a lifetime. So, in the future, whenever we remember these memories, we will feel real happiness and pleasure.
Thank you
